Local lady Home Machine Quilting Show entries

Brain dead, that is the new word. I deleted a bunch of pictures that I was going to post along with this one of some more quilts that were entered in The Home Machine Quilting Show by ladies from our guild. So sorry, I will see if I can get them from someone else. Enjoy these for now, but know there are more.

Kami's wedding quilt which is quite Asian-looking with bamboo and koi. It was quilted by Deonn.

Deonn's 12 Gifts of Birth quilt

Kathleen's Strut Your Stuff quilt, quilted by Natalia

Rachel, Deonn, and Debbie participated together in the Pump Up the Color Home Machine Quilting Show's Design Challenge. They won 2nd place! Hooray! Deonn also participated with the Utah Longarm Guild and they placed 3rd. Natalia, Kathleen, and Cindy also participated and that is one of the pictures I deleted, along with Ann's wool applique quilted jacket and Deonn's 3rd place wallhanging. I will get those pics ASAP.
Congrats ladies!

Home Machine Quilting Show 2009

Who went to the Home Machine Quilting Show this last weekend? Hooray for you! Here are a few quilts that tickled my fancy. There were hundreds I could have taken pictures of though! Stay tuned for the next post - it will be quilts and pieces that our own guild members had in the show! Enjoy!

April Sew and Tell

April's Sew and Tell

Sherron's gorgeous basket and applique quilt. This picture is only the bottom half of the quilt.

This is the back of one of Sherron's quilts that she quilted on Angie Watson's machine (her link is to the right - QIInspirations)

Sherron's

Suzanne finished up a quilt she started awhile back, thank goodness for the Finishing Bee!

Hurray for Fran! This is Fran's first real quilting project. She took a class from Deonn and look at what she made!

Ann has been busy making bags for all her daughter in laws and daughters.

Patty shared her amazing knit wool diaper pants, it truly was amazing.

Debbie made this cute baby quilt for Rachel, and Deonn quilted it. It turned out so cute!

Tricia has been busy finishing the quilt tops she has made for her kids.

Bethany made the cutest Nancy Halvorsen Christmas Countdown mini quilts. So darling!

Beth's Round Robin completed from a previous year. So beautiful!

Sally worked on this Round Robin for them month of March.

Another one of Shantelle's Finishing Bee quilts - good job Shantelle!
